High water,Cold rain & clients looking to fulfill a dream.I think we are still a few weeks off to good steel head fishing.Finding the soft edges of current lines,& breaks is the key to high water conditions.We managed a few fish on rubber legged stone fly sz.6.Chartreuse & orange egg sucking leeches,Also some action on spring wigglers. Hope to see you all on the water
